Agentic Developer

Internship

Learn to build real software with AI agents. In 3 months, working for real — not in a course.

A full-time internship where you build real solutions for real clients using Claude Code and agentic development. You leave with a portfolio, demonstrable experience, and the ability to land a better job.

This isn't a bootcamp.
It's a real internship.

TRADITIONAL MODEL

The traditional bootcamp

Lectures, lab exercises, and toy projects. You learn in a controlled environment where the correct answer always exists somewhere. You leave with a diploma — not with experience an employer can verify.

REF: MODEL-CLASS
REECH MODEL

This internship

From the first weeks you work on real projects, with deliverables, deadlines, and responsibility for the outcome. You learn the way good engineers learn: we give you a hard problem, and you figure out what you don't know and solve it.

REF: MODEL-FIELD

What we expect from youThat you learn on your own, that you are self-taught, deeply curious, and that you genuinely want to master this. The program doesn't create these qualities — it looks for them and amplifies them.

[ REPORT: 002 // WHAT YOU GET ]

What you get.
No filler.

01Real work from day one

No coffee runs. You build software that is actually used, for real clients, with a senior mentor who reviews your work and raises the bar — not someone who hands you the answer.

REF: WORK-001
02Agentic development mastery

You learn to use Claude Code and AI agents effectively: specify, build, verify, review, and ship. The most in-demand skill of the moment, applied for real.

REF: SKILL-002
03A portfolio that opens doors

You leave with 3 to 4 real, attributable projects — at least one delivered to a client — that you can show and defend in any technical interview.

REF: PORTFOLIO-003
04Ready to land the job

We prepare you for real interviews: defending architecture, debugging live, and explaining the code you directed — all without the agent. Plus simulations and profile review.

REF: HIRE-004
05Developer-grade English

Plus: you work with documentation, code reviews, and tooling in English. You absorb the real terminology professional developers use and leave reading, writing, and discussing code in English with ease — the language of the craft.

[ REPORT: 003 // PROGRAM STRUCTURE ]

How the internship
works

The internship is full-time, remote, for 3 months. Real work starts almost immediately.

01
PHASE-01 INIT
PHASE 01 / WEEKS 1–2

Self-onboarding

We give you objectives, resources, and a demanding project. You become productive with Claude Code on your own. Minimal instruction, on purpose — we want to see how you learn what you don't know.

Output

Working software + defense without agent

Duration

2 weeks

REF: PHASE-01
02
PHASE-02 ACTIVE
PHASE 02 / WEEKS 3–11

Real work

Embedded in real client projects with deadlines and stakeholders. You own your deliverables. Responsibility scales week by week as you show judgment.

Output

3–4 attributable deliverables

Duration

9 weeks

REF: PHASE-02
03
PHASE-03 EXIT
PHASE 03 / WEEK 12

Refinement and placement

We refine your portfolio, interview simulations, and entry to our exclusive placement list: working at Reech or with one of our clients.

Output

Placement at Reech or clients

Duration

1 week

REF: PHASE-03
First gate — end of week 2

Demonstrate working software and defend it without the agent. Whoever clears it moves on to real client work.

[ REPORT: 004 // FIRST GENERATION ]

Be part of the
first cohort

This is a new cohort, and that's an advantage. The first interns work closer to mentors, leave their mark on real projects from day one, and will be the success stories that define the program.

We don't have testimonials yet because we prefer not to make them up. What we do have is a clear model: real work, a high bar, and a portfolio that speaks for itself when you're done.

If you want to wait until reviews show up, this internship probably isn't for you. It's for people who dare to be among the first.

[ REPORT: 005 // CONCRETE RESULTS ]

What you get,
concretely

3–4

Real projects in your portfolio when you graduate, at least one delivered to a client.

100%

Of the time building real software — zero filler lectures.

3 months

Of demonstrable experience that, in today's market, is worth more than a certificate.

[ REPORT: 006 // TARGET PROFILE ]

Who is this
internship for?

This internship is for people who:

[ PROFILE-01 ]

Want to enter the field

Want to enter or advance in software development in the age of AI — and understand that the rules of the game have changed.

MATCHINT-PROFILE-01
[ PROFILE-02 ]

Learn on their own

Don't wait to be taught — they investigate and solve. They read docs, dig into code, and try things on their own before asking for help.

MATCHINT-PROFILE-02
[ PROFILE-03 ]

Are genuinely curious

Take things apart to understand how they work. They want to know the why, not just the what.

MATCHINT-PROFILE-03
[ PROFILE-04 ]

Have internal motivation

Want to master this for real — not just "land any job". They know why they came.

MATCHINT-PROFILE-04

If you need to be walked through the material, this internship will cost you — and that's intentional. It's as much a filter as a development program.

[ REPORT: 007 // FREQUENTLY ASKED ]

Frequently asked questions

We accept mixed profiles. Your demonstrated ability to learn on your own matters more than your current level. A career switcher who teaches themselves nonstop beats a credentialed profile that waits to be taught.

[ REPORT: 008 // APPLICATION ]

Apply now

Slots per cohort are limited to maintain the quality of mentorship and client work.

Not convinced yet? This internship is for people who want to build real things and grow fast. If that sounds like you, apply — the first filter is simply daring to.
